we have seen a lay man also want to earn like a boss and live a good and healthy life, people struggling for it cheating people and making money. In Short humans are running behind money and working hard.

When we take our mind at spiritual side and think like spiritual aspect there we never see recessions, struggle for money there is automatically a flow of money by people donating lacks and crores of currency....Why.? have this question occurred in mind ?

This difference happens because there is low amount of energy in business and they are more into hard work, but spiritual people are always towards no-work, Spiritual work, work for upliftment.
so there is always a good flow of energy when person is totally connected with the 5 Elements and by the universal energy, then there will be in no problem one the person is in roof of universal energy.
